Inspired by her father, a surgeon who believed in God, holistic wellness, natural remedies, and pure ingredients, Citrusci embraces the use of ingredients such as shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, castor oil, honey, palm kernel oil, and baobab oil.
The brand combines these locally sourced, plant-based African ingredients with modern skincare science to create effective, gentle products suitable for all skin types. Its philosophy extends beyond skincare to a broader commitment to natural living, wellness, and avoiding processed ingredients.

Renate Dzodzomenyo, founder of Citrusci Ltd., has used essential oils and natural skincare products for over 18 years. Inspired by her father, a surgeon who swore by natural skin care in Ghana and essential oils in Ghana for their health benefits, Renate was further guided by a dream revelation by God to use natural products for sensitive, dry, itchy skin. This solution has brought relief to many. This epiphany led her to help others find similar comfort, bringing her great joy.

Renate takes pride in the satisfaction of her customers, always ensuring the highest quality in every product. A Ghanaian ADR practitioner, business developer, publisher, and artist, she is also committed to humanitarian causes, regularly running programs and donating products to orphans and those in need.
